I’m looking to lead end-to-end revenue and demand generation, partnering with founders and sales to build measurable, scalable marketing systems—using CRM/attribution, automation, and full-funnel optimization to drive pipeline and conversion.

I’m a marketing leader with 7+ years building and scaling revenue- and demand-focused marketing systems for B2B and subscription-driven businesses. I’ve owned end-to-end marketing strategy in founder-led environments, connecting brand positioning and go-to-market to full-funnel demand generation, conversion, and marketing operations.

I design and optimize acquisition funnels, lifecycle marketing, and CRM/attribution infrastructure across paid, organic, and content channels—using analytics, dashboards, and reporting to measure CAC, LTV, CPL, and MRR. I’m an early adopter of AI-driven marketing and automation with HubSpot, Claude Code, and Zapier to streamline workflows and improve funnel efficiency.

Most recently, as the sole marketing leader at Joseph Design Build, I owned brand, demand generation, performance, product marketing, and marketing operations—building the marketing infrastructure (CRM architecture, attribution frameworks, and analytics) and running full-funnel acquisition systems. Previously, I led demand-focused digital campaigns at MPA (FIBRA Macquarie) and directed global B2B creative at Thomson Reuters and BYJU’S, applying performance data and A/B testing to inform creative decisions.
