I’m looking to lead ambiguous, high-growth operations where structured thinking and stakeholder alignment matter. I want to own end-to-end execution—building scalable processes, KPI-driven systems, and delivering measurable digital and commercial outcomes.

As an Operations Director & Project Director at CENTRUM, I lead a direct team of 8 and coordinate multidisciplinary groups of up to 20 across Technology, Human Resources, and Project Management. I manage 6+ simultaneous core projects, maintaining execution quality and stakeholder alignment across all workstreams.

I spearheaded the full digital transformation of medical center operations, leading the implementation of HIS, ERP, CRM, and a mobile App—integrated via APIs—coordinating development teams and external vendors end-to-end. I translate business strategy into operational reality by defining scalable processes, setting performance frameworks, and driving accountability at every level.
