What I'm looking for

I’m looking to bring structure to a growing organization—building simpler, clearer, sustainable workflows with dashboards and automation. I want to support leaders with reporting and continuous improvement, using tools like Monday.com and CRM.

I’m fascinated by how organizations work and by finding practical ways to make them better. I start by understanding the core process—then I look for where information is missing, communication breaks down, responsibilities overlap, or workflows can be simpler and more effective. I don’t believe technology solves operational problems by itself; I believe it makes well-understood processes scalable.

As an Operations Manager, I led the transformation of Monday.com into an integrated operational management system by designing workflows, dashboards, automations, and reporting tools. I created operational boards and executive dashboards to improve visibility and accountability, and introduced process ownership to reduce dependency on a single knowledge holder.

I also designed the organization’s Referral Management System, including partner classification, referral tracking, response times, and outcome reporting. To standardize execution across multiple programs, I developed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational documentation, and automated volunteer tax receipt generation and operational notifications to reduce manual work and improve the volunteer experience.

Beyond operations, I enjoy coordinating communication across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders—always focused on trust, problem-solving, and a positive experience. I’ve supported programs serving more than 620 individuals from 42 countries and previously coordinated services with more than 850 active volunteers, applying continuous improvement principles and clear operational decision-making.
