I’m a Growth Operations Manager with 2+ years of experience running the full operating layer for founder-led businesses. I specialize in CRM automation, community growth, content operations, and remote team management, with a clear focus on pipeline growth and conversion optimization.

Most recently, I drove free-to-paid conversion in a high-ticket coaching pipeline by tracking 800+ CRM leads through GoHighLevel lifecycle stages to 49 closed clients at $2,999 each, contributing $146,951 in managed revenue. I built a complete lifecycle marketing stack across GoHighLevel, Brevo, and ManyChat, tracking touchpoints in GA4 with four-source UTM attribution and improving masterclass signups from 121 to 265 through A/B-tested campaigns and segmentation.

Earlier, I delivered community growth operations and full-stack web design for a blockchain financial education business, taking ownership from brand strategy through production deployment.
