What I'm looking for

I'm seeking opportunities in bioinformatics, computational biology, and clinical genomics research where I can apply molecular docking, protein analysis, genomics concepts, and growing Python, R, and Linux skills.

I've investigated pesticide–human protein interactions through protein retrieval, homology modelling, sequence and structural alignment, and molecular docking, earning second prize at a national conference for this work.

During internships at the Indian Institute of Science's Thiru Vengai Amman Skin Research Centre and BIOTURE, I contributed to herbal drug-development research, phytochemical characterization, protein annotation, comparative sequence analysis, and biological data visualization.

I'm strengthening my Python, R, Linux, and cancer genomics workflows while pursuing opportunities in bioinformatics, computational biology, and clinical genomics research.

Performed phytochemical extraction and purification, compound separation using column chromatography and TLC, and assisted in analytical data interpretation from HPLC, LC-MS, GC-MS, FTIR, and NMR. Conducted literature reviews and assisted in manuscript preparation.
