I’m a Telecom and Broadband Support Engineer with over 8 years of experience in FTTX operations, RF optimization, network troubleshooting, and technical support. I focus on keeping broadband services stable through strong fiber and copper network management.
Across Reliance Jio and Bharti Airtel projects, I’ve handled backend and NOC support, including router/switch configuration and field operations. I install and troubleshoot FTTX routers, AirFiber, and UBR devices, while supporting LAN forwarding, Voice IP, and Static IP.
I also bring hands-on expertise with RF surveys, drive testing, and RE Enode-B inspection to improve network quality. I’ve performed field audits and vendor management, and supported tools like Citrix, SAP, and CRM to streamline operations.
My technical foundation includes LAN/WAN, DNS/DHCP, VPN, and routing protocols (RIP/OSPF/BGP). I’m pursuing SD-WAN and have completed CCNP training to deepen my network expertise and deliver better outcomes for broadband networks.
