At V5 Global Services Pvt. Ltd. (Bharti Airtel Limited Associate), I look after end-to-end B2B wireline delivery, coordinate with clients on requirements and SLA delivery, and support daily network operations. I also plan and implement fiber rollouts in clusters and coordinate FTTx wiring and installation with vendors.

At Reliance JIO, I was responsible for FTTH field operations and maintenance, including corrective and preventive maintenance and OLT and ODN network work. Earlier, as a Dispatcher Installation & Fault Repair at Bharti Airtel, I coordinated service operations with vendors and provided training to field engineers and vendors.
