I’m looking to enhance my skills and continue my involvement in professional associations, in a well-established organization.

At Wipro Technologies, I delivered network engineering support for critical applications across multi-client environments, helping maintain high availability and performance. I handled Level 2 LAN, WAN, and WLAN troubleshooting escalated from L1 teams.

I configured Cisco, Juniper, and Aruba switches and routers, and worked with VLANs, routing protocols, and network upgrades. I also used monitoring and troubleshooting tools including ILEX, Zabbix, MIDEC, and ServiceNow.
