I'm leading Nippon Paint's Auto Refinish business across Madhya Pradesh, managing ₹9–12 crore in annual revenue, 90 dealers, five distributors, and a four-member team. I grew the business to ₹9.79 crore in 2025, increased market share from 3% to 8%, and built market leadership for N-Force Lightweight Body Filler.
I've expanded N-Max installations from one to 15 and increased monthly machine-driven revenue from ₹2 lakh to ₹32 lakh. I also reduced overdue receivables to zero while maintaining a 28-day DSO.
Across Nippon Paint, Jubilant Agri & Consumer Products, and AkzoNobel, I've developed dealer networks, launched decorative business in Chhattisgarh, secured OEM accounts with Nissan and Tata Motors, and delivered 134% regional growth. My work has earned three consecutive President's Challenge Awards and six AkzoNobel Parivar Star Awards.
