I’m looking to lead Agile delivery and transformation—coaching teams, scaling Scrum/SAFe/LeSS, and using Jira/Power BI to improve predictability, maturity, and executive transparency—while partnering closely with stakeholders to align outcomes to business goals.

I’m a PMP®- and CSM-certified Agile delivery leader with 16+ years of IT experience, including 10+ years driving Agile project management, transformation, and coaching across global, multi-team environments. I implement and scale Agile frameworks—Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and LeSS—to accelerate delivery, improve team maturity, and align execution with business objectives.

Across gaming, banking, insurance, e-commerce, and healthcare, I facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and PI planning, while coaching cross-functional teams, mentoring product owners, and strengthening engineering leadership. I partner with stakeholders to prioritize backlogs, proactively manage risks/dependencies/impediments, and track KPIs such as sprint burndown, velocity, cycle time, and lead time—using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Power BI to deliver executive-ready transparency and continuous improvement.
