At HCL Technologies, I led QA/UAT teams of up to 12 members for banking and mortgage applications for USAA. I managed test planning, execution, defect tracking, and release readiness.
I facilitated Agile ceremonies and sprint reviews, and coordinated work between onsite and offshore teams. I supported mortgage, fraud, and banking initiatives using JIRA, QTest, TDMSS, Conversant, SmartGFE, and Mortgage Cadence platforms.
Earlier, I worked as a Test Lead & Senior Tester with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) / IBM / Softtek, supporting enterprise banking and telecommunications applications for clients including Bank of America, GE, Verizon, and Sprint. I performed functional, regression, system, and integration testing and contributed to QA execution, defect tracking, and release validation.
