What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead Scrum teams that deliver high-quality products by removing impediments and driving continuous improvement—especially in data, APIs, and cross-functional environments—working closely with stakeholders to turn priorities into measurable outcomes.

I’m a Scrum Master with 6+ years of experience in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and 19 years in IT. I focus on enhancing project delivery and productivity by removing obstacles and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Most recently, I facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) to drive Agile best practices adoption for a cross-functional Data Enterprise team. At ExactSciences, I help ensure continuous delivery and collaboration across stakeholders, data engineers, and analysts, including supporting Tableau dashboard development for business-critical insights.

I’ve built and scaled agile delivery in complex environments—partnering with Agile Coaches, coordinating with other Scrum Masters and delivery leads, and guiding teams in Agile practices through best practices and experimentation. I also led major outcomes like launching business expansion into Chile, Colombia, and Peru, and implementing remittance and transfer flows over the Stellar network to reduce costs and settlement times.

Before deepening my agile leadership, I contributed as a Java, C#, .net Developer and served as a business analyst during system migrations. I’ve transitioned from business analysis to Scrum Master to oversee development, including a migration effort across 10 Latin American countries and achieving a 100% system performance improvement, while spearheading platform/API improvements and a Developer Portal concept for external developers.
