What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead agile delivery and transformation work where I can coach teams and leaders, strengthen collaboration, use metrics for decision-making, and deliver continuous business value.

I've led Agile Delivery, agile transformations, and digital product development for organizations including Danone, Walmart, BBVA, Citi Banamex, Grupo Salinas, and IBM. I help multidisciplinary and multicultural teams adopt Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and hybrid frameworks while improving predictability, business-technology alignment, and continuous value delivery.

As an Agile Coach and Scrum Master, I remove impediments, manage risks and dependencies, build agile metrics and executive dashboards, and coach leaders and teams through workshops, mentoring, and practical continuous-improvement practices. Earlier, I coordinated Data Center and Monitoring Center operations at ONV, maintained service availability above 99%, managed ISO 27001-related controls, and delivered annual savings exceeding MXN $20M.
