I've supported cloud infrastructure for HSBC at Virtusa, managing AWS-based Linux servers, VPCs, EC2, RDS, IAM, load balancers, and Kubernetes clusters. I troubleshoot production issues across CPU, memory, disk, downtime, and application failures while monitoring with Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch, AppDynamics, and PagerDuty.
Previously, I built and operated highly available AWS environments for McAfee, improved incident response to reduce MTTR by 40%, and maintained 95–98% SLA compliance through ServiceNow.
