What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue building and supporting secure, scalable cloud-native infrastructure, automating delivery pipelines, improving observability, and resolving complex production incidents under SLA commitments.

I'm currently supporting Core Banking Services and Cash Liquidity Management at TietoEvry Fintech India, managing AWS infrastructure, Kubernetes workloads, Docker images, and production deployments.

I've built and maintained CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and GitHub Actions, while applying secure VPC networking, IAM roles, Security Groups, NACLs, and cloud security best practices. I monitor production environments with Grafana and Prometheus, perform root-cause analysis, and implement preventive measures for recurring incidents.

Previously at Tata Consultancy Services, I supported Avis Budget Car Rental operations by monitoring critical applications and batch processes, investigating issues with SQL and DB2, and resolving incidents within SLA timelines.

I'm recognized for delivering swift, permanent resolutions to critical technical issues and maintaining strong application stability during demanding production windows.
