At Second Life e.V., I manage recruitment activities from job postings and CV screening through shortlisting and interview coordination. I also improve HR templates and internal processes, and maintain organized, secure employee and candidate records.
At EDP, I supported recruitment and coordinated onboarding for new hires and interns. I also supported HR Business Partners with workforce planning, headcount management, succession planning, and organizational changes.
At EDP, I managed and analyzed people data, prepared HR reports, and maintained confidential employee information. I also supported employee engagement initiatives and coordinated professional training and language courses with external providers.
Alongside my HR experience, I work as a Server / Barista at Eataly, serving customers in an international hospitality environment. I’m pursuing an MSc in Management, Organization and Society at Stockholm Business School.
