Set up a subsidiary of Alita Praya Mitra, including payment switching and operations, biometric solutions for micro financing, and data center management with fault-tolerant servers and HSM installation.

Led ALTO, Indonesia's first open payment fintech company, initiating online interbank money transfer, real-time card payments, and remittance services, while managing network operations and risk.

Initiated the first online realtime shared ATM network in Indonesia (AltoNet) and later returned as VP, leading data warehousing and data mining initiatives, and credit scoring from FICO.

Set up the first online realtime shared ATM services in Indonesia, ensuring 24/7 operations, daily settlements, and fast claim and chargeback processing.
