I’m looking for a senior technical delivery and solution architecture role where I can lead cross-functional teams, own end-to-end delivery for mission-critical fintech/banking platforms, and drive digital transformation through strong engineering standards, mentoring, and clear governance.

I lead end-to-end technical delivery and solution architecture across banking, fintech, insurance, and logistics, combining hands-on engineering with delivery discipline. Over 25+ years, I’ve guided cross-functional teams through full lifecycles—from design and integration to UAT, production rollout, and stabilization—while keeping scope, time, and budget under control.

I’m known for building high-performing teams, unblocking complex technical issues, and aligning technology strategy with organizational goals. I’ve established delivery frameworks, reporting cadences, and governance-aligned escalation processes that improved predictability and team velocity across multiple concurrent initiatives.

My impact includes co-leading the in-house development of a Loan Origination System, saving USD 350,000 versus the original vendor budget, and leading a 2007–2008 data center migration for a mission-critical system with zero data loss. I bring modern architecture and engineering depth—microservices, REST APIs, ESB, cloud infrastructure, and hands-on work across Python, Java, PHP (Laravel/CodeIgniter), and .NET Core—while continuously driving digital transformation at enterprise scale.
