What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote role in business analysis, project delivery, product operations, integration, or transformation. I’m especially interested in banking, fintech, SaaS, and digital businesses where I can solve real problems, improve processes, and work closely with international teams.

At Bank Mandiri, I coordinate strategic digital channel, onboarding, lending, and system initiatives across business, technology, operations, risk, and compliance. I delivered KSM Emas for the Bullion Bank initiative, coordinating integration across approximately seven systems and supporting a production launch with very few defects.

Across 10+ years in banking, lending, and enterprise delivery, I've translated complex needs into functional requirements, managed Agile delivery and testing readiness, and improved onboarding turnaround time by approximately 20%. I bring hands-on experience in API integration, process redesign, UAT, release preparation, and stakeholder alignment.
