In my work, I combine social media marketing with clear, professional messaging. I use media monitoring and analysis, competitor research, and digital communication strategies to strengthen engagement and support smarter, customer-centered decisions.

As a Claims Analyst Intern at CIC Insurance Group, I received and processed group insurance claims while analyzing claims documentation to ensure accuracy. I supported claims verification and customer support, maintaining proper claims records and documentation with strong attention to detail.

Currently, I’m a Graduate Trainee in Client Service, supporting client service operations and customer engagement. I’m assisting with communication and relationship management, coordinating client inquiries, and contributing to customer satisfaction and retention initiatives.
