I'm seeking a key strategic HR role where I can drive people-first strategies, partner with leadership, and build resilient, inclusive, performance-driven organizations.

At HealthWorksAI Pvt Ltd. / TEG Analytics, I partnered with the COO and leadership teams across India and the US to align people strategy with business goals. I led HRMS and ATS implementations, workforce planning, performance calibrations, succession planning, HR analytics, and talent acquisition for analytics and healthcare product divisions.
