At National Student Clearinghouse, I create and implement service profiles for multiple institutions, partner directly with customers, and manage service-related cases from schools. I also build guides and processes that improve workflow for employees and customers.
Previously, I managed pre-hire onboarding for approximately 400 annual hires at Cordant Health Solutions and supported clinical research at Children’s Hospital University of Colorado.
