As an HR Coordinator, I coordinated recruitment efforts by streamlining candidate sourcing and interview scheduling. I managed employee onboarding processes, maintained HR records and databases for accuracy and confidentiality, and supported candidates with application processes, including background checks, I-9 forms, and drug screening paperwork.

I also collaborated with the HR department to devise and update policies as needed for corporate accountability and workplace health. Earlier, I brought customer-focused problem solving from Customer Service Executive roles, including timely escalation, background checks, fraud detection, and resolving technical difficulties.
