I am a dedicated Human Resources professional with experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. I have actively partnered with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, screened candidates, coordinated interviews, and completed reference and background checks.

In my current role as Human Resources Executive, I maintain relationships with internal and external clients, communicate employer information and benefits during screening, and stay current on personnel policies and employment laws. I also conduct exit interviews and prepare timely reports on employment activity.

Previously, as a Customer Care Executive, I developed strong communication, problem-solving, and client-relations skills by handling calls, chats, and emails, managing escalations, and suggesting process improvements. I am proficient with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and have foundational knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
