I’m a results-oriented Administrative and Virtual Support professional, and I’ve supported day-to-day operations through executive support, customer service, and reliable office administration. In my roles, I focus on keeping communication organized, actions on track, and records consistently maintained.

As a Personal Assistant for SMG GADGETS, I managed executive emails, handled customer and supplier enquiries, scheduled virtual meetings, and maintained records. I also supported administrative operations and remote collaboration to help executives and teams move efficiently.

Before that, I strengthened my front-line service and operations background as a Receptionist for JJ MAS Hotel & Suites, where I welcomed guests, managed reservations, answered calls, and supported office administration. I also worked as a Sales Representative at Mike & Sons Boutique, serving customers, processing sales, maintaining displays, and resolving enquiries.
