I’m a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with over 3 years of experience providing administrative, technical, and social media support to businesses and entrepreneurs. In my current role as an Executive Secretary Assistant at Immaculate Suites and Apartments, I manage daily email correspondence, respond to client inquiries professionally, and schedule meetings and appointments while maintaining accurate executive calendars.

I also support digital operations by assisting with social media management (content posting and engagement), creating basic designs and marketing materials using Canva, and conducting online research to compile reports for business decisions. Previously, as a Customer Service Representative at TSTV Africa, I handled customer inquiries, supported digital marketing tasks like email campaigns and content updates, and organized records for easy access. With a Bachelor of Computer Science (University of Abuja) and certifications including Virtual Assistant Training and Google Digital Marketing, I’m proactive, tech-savvy, and able to work independently in fast-paced remote environments.
