I’m looking for a role where I can own end-to-end recruitment coordination, maintain compliant HR records, and produce HR reports using ATS/HRIS—supporting hiring managers with a strong candidate experience and continuous process improvement.

I’m a detail-oriented Sociology graduate with hands-on experience in Human Resources, recruitment coordination, administrative operations, and HR reporting. I support end-to-end recruitment by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining accurate HR records.
