What I'm looking for

I'm interested in R&D roles combining mathematical modelling and programming.

At BVTECH – PROGESI, I develop Python geoprocessing services for vector data and help migrate viewers from ArcGIS SDK 3 to SDK 4. My work includes publishing geoprocessing tools as ArcGIS Server REST services.

At F2 INFORMATICA, I developed Python back-end code for an Almaviva R&D project processing satellite raster data into interferograms and maps of ground subsidence. I also researched open-source remote-sensing approaches using PSI and SBAS methodologies.

At GMI SRL, I used experiments and numerical simulations to find a mathematical relationship between laser-cutting machine parameters, then developed C# software based on the resulting model. I also implemented a nesting algorithm to arrange pieces and minimise material waste.

I created StudySprint, an Android app and iOS web app based on my open-source Always Less Effort method for distributing study workloads across days. I formalised the method analytically and implemented it in C++ for the apps; the Android app was released on Google Play Store and the iOS web app followed.
