At Politecnico di Milano, I develop advanced numerical methods for physics-informed statistical models, building on a PhD focused on high-dimensional and complex neuroimaging data. My work brings together statistical modeling, PDEs, numerical methods, and optimization.
I've contributed to fdaPDE and femR and developed C++ and Python tools for PDE parameter estimation and scientific computing. I work across C++, Python, R, MATLAB/Octave, Linux, HPC, and containerized workflows designed for portability and reproducibility.
