At the Human Resources Office, National Communication Authority, I supported people and performance transformation programs, coordinating learning sessions and tracking engagement for 20+ staff.
I also supported recruitment and onboarding through digital training documentation, and simplified and redesigned HR communication workflows to improve operational clarity and internal alignment.
At Clavers Ghana, I supported consultants with project and training materials and collected, analyzed, and reported performance data. I’m pursuing an MSc in International Management at Hochschule Furtwangen University, where my project explores AI use in startups and my thesis examines digital transformation in low-tech firms.
