What I'm looking for

I am seeking HR or talent-acquisition roles where I can manage HRIS, improve candidate and employee experience, and scale hiring processes in a collaborative, growth-focused team.

I am an HR operations professional and tech sourcer with hands-on experience managing HR systems, payroll, contracts, and end-to-end employee lifecycle in Germany and across Europe.

My background includes sourcing global talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse, building candidate CRMs, and partnering closely with hiring managers to meet hiring KPIs and metrics.

I combine HR analytics training and UX/UI design skills to improve candidate and employee experiences, having implemented onboarding, contract management, and HRIS (Personio) administration.

I bring international experience from roles in Germany, Nigeria, and Egypt, plus volunteer leadership and coaching experience, and I communicate fluently in English with working knowledge of German.
