What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote, customer-focused software support role where I can troubleshoot complex product issues, communicate clearly with customers and technical teams, maintain ownership through resolution, and contribute to continuous improvement.

At Bentley Motors, I investigate faults across pre-production ICE, PHEV and BEV programmes, lead testing and calibration, and coordinate with engineering and production teams to deliver accurate resolutions.

I've spent more than seven years translating complex technical findings into clear documentation, identifying recurring issues and supporting corrective action in high-precision environments. My earlier hospitality leadership experience strengthened my customer empathy, communication, training and ownership, and I'm looking to bring that product-support mindset to a customer-focused software environment.
