At BYD UK, I support around 130 dealer cases each week, resolving more than 95% remotely while diagnosing EV powertrain, high-voltage, charging, electronics, ADAS and infotainment faults.
I lead field-quality investigations, critical incident response and dealer training, using vehicle data, CAN/LIN analysis and root-cause methods to improve reliability. Previously at Halfords, I investigated quality issues across bicycles, e-bikes and e-scooters, supporting corrective actions, supplier assessments and product safety compliance.
