What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead remote EV diagnostics and mentoring to improve diagnosis turnaround times, customer satisfaction, and team capability—especially in high-voltage environments with structured processes and continuous development.

I’m a highly skilled, S4 Senior-level qualified Auto Electrician with over 15 years diagnosing, repairing, and commissioning complex automotive electrical systems, including high-voltage electric vehicles at Tesla Motors.

I specialize in remote diagnostics, technical leadership, and mentoring, with a proven track record of improving team performance and customer satisfaction through innovative problem-solving and structured processes.

Across my roles, I’ve used advanced diagnostic tools and proprietary software to deliver precise, timely work—commissioning police vehicles with Data Recording Systems and bespoke electrical setups, and later diagnosing EV faults safely and efficiently using Tesla’s systems.

Today, I coach and lead virtual service preparation work, analyzing CAN logs and vehicle data to keep diagnosis turnaround time to no more than three days, while developing others’ confidence with Toolbox/Teleforce workflows and remote resolution.
