I've supported Volvo retailers nationwide as a Technical Support Engineer at Volvo Cars UK, remotely diagnosing complex faults through VIDA and TiE, leading technical case discussions, and presenting monthly webinars.

Now back at Listers Volvo Worcester, I handle complex electrical and mechanical diagnostics, high-voltage battery repairs, cell replacement, wiring repairs, and vehicle programming support. I'm also a trusted workshop resource, mentoring apprentices, supporting Workshop Controller cover, and explaining technical concerns directly to customers.

My career began in a Jaguar specialist apprenticeship before progressing through Nissan and Volvo main-dealer workshops. I achieved Nissan Master Technician status at 21 and regained Volvo Master Technician status in 18 months.

I'm particularly proud of building my knowledge in EV systems, battery diagnostics, advanced fault finding, and manufacturer-level technical support. I continue to pursue training that keeps me at the forefront of modern automotive technology.
