I am a program and project management professional with over 4.5 years of experience advancing education, health, and residential services programs. I combine hands-on program operations with data analysis and CRM optimization to improve service delivery and stakeholder engagement.

At MIT SOLVE and Triangle, Inc., I supported cross-functional teams, piloted digitization of assessments, and optimized Salesforce workflows to streamline processes and increase efficiency. I also contributed to quality assurance efforts across multiple residential homes, resolving audit findings and standardizing best practices.

I have led end-to-end operations including referral intake, staff recruitment and onboarding, budgeting, scheduling, and compliance with HIPAA/DDS requirements. I designed and delivered training, conducted needs assessments (100+), and coordinated global events and community programs to expand service reach.

My technical toolkit includes MS Project, Office 365, Power BI, Jira, Salesforce, Qualtrics, Tableau and more, which I apply to monitoring performance metrics and recommending system improvements.
