I'm looking for a customer success role where I can manage B2B SaaS accounts, drive adoption and retention, identify growth opportunities, and partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering in a remote environment.

I've managed B2B SaaS customer relationships end to end for US and international clients, from onboarding and product adoption through retention, renewal, and expansion.

At Learntastic, I served as the primary contact for B2B accounts, monitored health signals, resolved escalations, and partnered with Sales, Product, and Operations to turn customer feedback into adoption-focused process improvements.

At Gipper, I owned 50+ active US accounts as the sole point of contact and delivered 20+ tailored product demos and onboarding walkthroughs each month. I used business reviews and engagement data to identify risk early, support renewals, and surface expansion opportunities for Account Executives.
