I seek senior HR roles where I can lead people strategy, drive change programmes and system implementations, foster engagement, and develop talent within a collaborative, improvement-focused organisation.

I am a Chartered MCIPD Senior Human Resources Officer with over a decade of experience in HR, project management, and organisational development.

I lead people strategy, employee engagement programmes and major system implementations, having delivered HR/payroll, finance and housing management systems and an agile working rollout. I apply Lean Six Sigma, Prince2 and Agile approaches to drive process improvement and effective change.

I partner with leaders to resolve complex employee relations, design targeted learning programmes, and implement succession planning while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement, and I was runner-up in the Local Authority Challenge, East Midlands (2023).
