I am a Chartered MCIPD Senior Human Resources Officer with over a decade of experience in HR, project management, and organisational development.
I lead people strategy, employee engagement programmes and major system implementations, having delivered HR/payroll, finance and housing management systems and an agile working rollout. I apply Lean Six Sigma, Prince2 and Agile approaches to drive process improvement and effective change.
