At WeAce, I lead end-to-end delivery of learning programs for enterprise clients, including the STEP-1 and URJA programs for Schneider Electric. I coordinate learner onboarding, training, assessments, and completion tracking.
I design and deliver process-specific and skill-based training, including virtual instructor-led sessions and refresher training. I also develop SOPs, process guides, facilitator decks, and learner manuals.
On WeAce’s proprietary SaaS learning platform, I manage LMS-based delivery and support learners with access, navigation, and issues. I conduct platform testing and UAT, then share structured feedback with the tech team on bugs and usability gaps.
I assess training effectiveness through quizzes, learner feedback, completion data, and performance reports. I also conduct Training Needs Analysis with business leaders, SMEs, and client stakeholders to identify capability gaps and shape learning interventions.
