At SkyWater Technology, I support enterprise infrastructure and business-critical applications in a secure semiconductor manufacturing environment. My work includes troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and ODBC connectivity issues.

As an IT Technician at SkyWater Technology Foundry, I provide Tier II/III support for Windows endpoints, applications, connectivity, and access. I also support SCCM/MECM endpoint management, imaging, software packaging, and application deployments.

In my Information Technology Technician role at SkyWater Technology, Inc., I support Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Group Policy, and Microsoft Intune. I also assist with PowerShell scripting and maintain technical procedures and troubleshooting documentation.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Network+, and CIIP, along with an active DoD Secret Clearance. I'm interested in infrastructure and endpoint engineering, automation, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems administration.
