I’m looking for an HR/operations role where I can own contingent workforce and contract processes, ensure compliance, resolve escalations, and use data reporting to improve SLAs and SOPs through automation and continuous improvement.

I’m a highly motivated and results-driven HR professional with 5+ years of experience in contingent workforce management, contract management, and HR operations. In my current Client Services Consultant role at Magnit Global, I manage the end-to-end contingent workforce lifecycle through VMS platforms (WAND, ServiceNow, Workday), act as the primary point of contact for client managers, suppliers, and contractors, and resolve escalations to keep program operations smooth. I ensure process compliance across hiring, worker classification, documentation, payroll, billing, and tenure tracking while maintaining accurate VMS records and reporting.

Previously as a Resource Professional (ROC) at TAPFIN, I prioritized activities to meet SLAs, handled end-to-end email notifications for timesheet creation, approvals, work order items, and extensions, and performed offboarding, compliance, and data integrity audits. I also drive operational efficiency by improving SOPs, automating workflows, and supporting stakeholders with training, insights, and best practices—built on continuous improvement and data analysis.
