What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a people-focused role where I can use multilingual communication, customer service, reception, ticketing, and coordination skills to create positive experiences for guests, clients, and colleagues.

I'm currently managing guest check-ins and coordinating external vendors as a receptionist at VISTAS Sicherheit & Personalservice GmbH in Aachen. I serve as a contact person for employees in German, English, and sometimes Spanish.

Across theatre, ticketing, and hospitality roles, I've helped guests find seats, answered booking questions, and delivered memorable bar, wardrobe, and front-desk service. I've used SAP ticketing and received emergency-response training for theatre evacuations.

My background in film directing, multilingual education, and childcare has strengthened my communication, presentation, and intercultural skills. I enjoy connecting with people and supporting smooth day-to-day experiences.
