I’ve built and launched a university’s first formal classification and compensation program at Arizona State University, including position description forms, classification review procedures, and approval workflows for a 900+ staff and student-employee workforce.

At the Arizona Department of Emergency Military Affairs, I ran job classification, compensation, and organizational structure analysis for 400+ employees—using market data, internal equity, and compression to support leadership recommendations while ensuring compliance with state and federal labor laws.

I also handled full-cycle employment work as an HR generalist for a multi-site, 400+ employee workforce, interpreting and applying policies and employment laws (FMLA, FLSA, COBRA, EEO) to minimize risk. I led onboarding/offboarding with I-9 verification and orientation while supporting employee-relations matters.

Before that, I coordinated HR operations across six dealership locations at Volvo and supported HR/accounting through payroll deductions, audits, and documentation at LKM. I bring strong HRIS usage, employment-law compliance, and process improvement experience grounded in SHRM-CP.
