What I'm looking for
I am an operations-focused manager and customer service professional with hands-on experience in hospitality, retail, warehouse, and pharmacy environments. I have overseen daily restaurant operations, managed teams, handled finances and supplier relationships, and delivered strong service standards.
I have frontline customer support experience handling inquiries across phone, email and chat, processing orders and returns, and resolving complaints, plus warehouse and pharmacy assistant roles where accuracy and compliance were essential.
