What I'm looking for
I currently work in the Front Office department on a cruise ship, and I’ve successfully completed two contracts. Onboard, I deliver premium guest services to international sailors, manage check-in, embarkation, debarkation, and handle guest account queries with accuracy and strong service standards.
Previously, I built my foundation as a Front Office Associate at Courtyard By Marriott, managing online and phone reservations, welcoming guests, and responding to complaints professionally while maintaining up-to-date booking and payment records. I also bring customer-facing experience as an F&B Hostess at The Leela Palace, where I handled reservations, answered incoming calls, and ensured guests were happy with food and service.
