What I'm looking for
I’m a hospitality and customer service focused professional, currently building my career through hands-on training and real customer interactions. My goal is to contribute my “concept and interpersonal skill” while learning and growing with the organization.
I completed hospitality training for 6 months in Front Office from Goa Marriott Resort and Spa. I also completed 6 months of Hospitality Training in Food & Beverage Services from the same organization, strengthening my service mindset and communication.
I then gained 3 months of Customer Service (Voice Process) experience with an International BPO on a contractual basis from Concentrix. This experience sharpened my ability to handle customer needs confidently and stay service-oriented under process-based work.
