I’m a results-driven Business Development Manager with experience across international logistics, market expansion, and strategic partnerships. I identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities while building long-term client relationships and supporting revenue growth through targeted commercial activity.
Most recently, I’m coordinating the development and market launch of a logistics platform that connects cargo owners and drivers, translating logistics and business needs into clear technical tasks for developers. I analyze pilot results to uncover opportunities for expansion and service improvements, while supporting onboarding for early users and partners across regional logistics corridors.
Before that, I led business development within logistics and freight services—engaging prospects through calls, emails, and virtual meetings, preparing commercial proposals, and negotiating agreements with corporate clients. I also monitor logistics market trends, freight pricing, and competitor activity to guide sales pipeline decisions and partnership priorities.
Alongside business development, I’ve built a strong quality and operational foundation through ISO-aligned improvement projects, internal audits, performance monitoring, and process optimization. As an Associate Professor and Lecturer in Business Administration, I teach Supply Chain Management, Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, and Quality Management—bringing an analytical, evidence-based approach to how I drive strategy and continuous improvement.
