I’m looking for a role where I can own operational management and business development, coordinate cross-border logistics, and use my stakeholder engagement and strategic communications background to deliver smooth, high-quality outcomes.

I’m an Operations & Business Development Manager with a strong background in International Relations and hands-on experience in government strategic communications. I coordinate complex logistics, manage project timelines, and lead multilingual client relationship management with a focus on stakeholder engagement and cross border project execution.

In my current role, I present the agency at prestigious international tourism exhibitions (including SITF) to pitch services, network with global partners, and strengthen Crisis Management & Real-time brand visibility. I initiate high-level calls and negotiations with foreign partners to secure international clientele and strategic alliances, while overseeing end-to-end tour operations—handling vendor negotiations and bookings, troubleshooting real-time issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
