I control transport documentation, invoices, and financial transactions while monitoring cargo movements to resolve operational issues efficiently.
Previously, I worked as a Sales Manager, managing B2B orders and ensuring compliance with internal procedures. I negotiated with partners, optimized sales processes, and collaborated with the logistics team to support timely transportation—while handling invoices, monitoring sales conditions, and overseeing payments.
Earlier in my career, I built strong front-line sales and customer relationship skills as a Sales Agent and Sales Representative. I managed customer registration, provided accurate status updates, presented products effectively, analyzed client needs, and used CRM tools for data management and tracking customer interactions.
