What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a logistics/export-import role where I can coordinate shipping documentation, ensure customs and environmental compliance, and drive on-time deliveries while improving efficiency and cost control.

I’m an Export-Import Operations Manager with hands-on experience coordinating international shipments and managing end-to-end export-import logistics. I focus on accurate shipping documentation, clear partner communication, and dependable delivery execution.

At Biodiesel Georgia, I prepare and manage shipping documents such as Annex VII, EUR.1, BL, CMR, DGDs, export declarations, invoices, packing lists, and weight tickets. I communicate with international partners, shipping lines (including MSC and Medlog), and forwarding companies to keep shipments moving efficiently.

I also coordinate trailer providers and work directly with drivers to support timely cargo delivery. In addition, I monitor compliance with customs and environmental regulations and oversee containerized shipments including iso tanks, flexitanks, biodiesel, UCO, and base oils, with an emphasis on cost control.

Before this, I built strong logistics operations skills as a Logistic Manager across the complete logistics cycle, including cargo monitoring, driver communication, and operational system control. I’ve also brought customer-facing and leadership experience from roles in travel, service management, and hospitality, supported by training in Air Transport Management.
